Allu Arjun and Ram Charan Teja are the two most sought-after actors of Telugu Cinema. Hailing from the Mega family (actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi and his kin), the two actors have been among the top Telugu stars.

Both the actors are currently working on various projects. Ram Charan Teja is all set to make his debut in Hindi with the remake of 1970s classic hit "Zanjeer". The actor will have a couple of releases this year including "Thoofan" (Telugu version of "Zanjeer") and "Yevadu" directed by Vamsi Paidipally.

Latest buzz is that Ram Charan is all set to begin shooting for his new film directed by Koratala Siva. The yet-to-be-titled film will be formally launched on 31 May. It seems to be a big day for the popular cousins (Ram Charan and Allu Arjun) as it marks the release of Allu Arjun's most-awaited film "Iddarammayilatho" as well as the launch of Ram Charan's new film.

Both the films have a coincidence of sorts - their female lead Katherine Tresa. The actress plays one of the leading ladies in "Iddarammayilatho", while she has been paired opposite Ram Charan in his untitled film. It is expected to be an action-romance entertainer.

Allu Arjun to Resume "Race Gurram"

Close on the heels of his film's release, actor Allu Arjun is set to resume shooting for his next project titled "Race Gurram" from June. The film directed by Surender Reddy will have all the ingredients of a commercial flick. Actress Shruti Haasan plays the female lead, who happens to be one of the leading ladies for Ram Charan in "Yevadu".

The film's music is composed by S Thaman, who would be working for the first time in an Allu Arjun starrer.
