New Delhi/ Jammu, Sep 06 (ANI): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday said that the BJP will not indulge in horse-trading to form government in Delhi. Meanwhile, AAP leader Ashutosh commenting on Singh's statement said that it is not possible to believe that a party who has a history of always indulging in horse-trading will not indulge this time.
