New Delhi, Nov 02 (ANI): Congress leader and Minister of State for Planning and Parliamentary Affairs, Rajiv Shukla on Saturday appealed to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi to stop creating discord among people by constant criticism and giving out wrong facts, especially when he is a prime ministerial candidate. Shukla further accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of indulging in vote bank politics by carrying out Asthi Kalash Yatra for Patna blast victims, and added that they are playing with the sentiments of the people. Modi, who arrived in Patna last night, is meeting the families of the six people who were killed in serial blasts ahead of his massive 'Hunkar' rally on October 27.
