New Delhi, Oct 09 (ANI): Taking a jibe at Rahul Gandhi, BJP Vice-President Rajiv Pratap Rudy on Wednesday said that Congress Vice-President is making all efforts to match Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, who speaks his mind before the nation and is well-connected. Rudy, who was commenting on Gandhi's rallies in Uttar Pradesh today, said that the Congress number two just talks about the policies of the country in bits and pieces.
