Poonch, Nov 25 (ANI): Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday addressed a rally in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. Gandhi slammed the ruling BJP for making false promises to the people of the country and misleading them. He said that the UPA government worked for the betterment and development and blamed the NDA and BJP for spreading hatred and anger among people. He also said that Congress has helped in bringing employment opportunities for the youth of Jammu and Kashmir.
