"Shor in the City" actress Radhika Apte's naked selfies have gone viral on online platforms including the messaging app, WhatsApp.
In the leaked pictures, the woman is seen bearing almost everything and taking sleazy pictures of hers mostly in washroom.
A prominent face in Bollywood as well as down South, the actress has been a part of many industries including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Bengali films. She also featured in Riteish Deshmukh's Marathi blockbuster "Lai Bhaari".
While, some speculate that the leaked naked pictures are real, others believe it's a handiwork of some miscreants attempting to tarnish her image.
Incidentally, Apte has some big films lined up for release this year. The actress will soon be seen in "Badlapur" (releasing on 20 February 2015) also starring Varun Dhawan and Yami Gautam and Anurag Kashyap's "Hunterrr" (20 March). Apte will also star in a Malayalam film "Haram" opposite Fahadh Faasil.
With the naked images releasing just ahead of her films hitting the theatres, rumours are rife whether it is a mere co-incidence or a publicity stunt. Some took to Twitter, questioning if it's a publicity stunt.

However, the actress, who has refrained from any sleazy content in her films, took to her Twitter handle to silence all.

A number of other celebs too have been victims of such cases in the past as well. Earlier, Mona Singh's MMS clip went viral leaving everyone in shock. Even Shruti Haasan, Ashmit Pateil-Riya Sen have been involved in such scandals.
