Mumbai based technology firm, iBall has expanded its flagship Andi device series with the release of a phablet Andi 5.5 N2 via online store.

The new handset Andi 5.5 N2 sports 5.5-inch HD (1280x720p) IPS display and ships with Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS out-of-the-box.

It packs 1.2GHz quad-core processor, aptly supported by 1GB RAM, sumptuous enough to perform multi-tasking and play power guzzling games with less lag. Other stipulated features include 4GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB) 12.0-megapixel main camera with LED flash and auto-focus, 2.0-megapixel front-camera for video chat, 2500 mAh battery, 3G network support and dual-SIM slots.

The new iBall phablet has been competitively priced ₹13,215 (Snapdeal) to counter local rival. It will be up against Micromax Canvas Doodle (1 & 2) series devices, Spice Pinnacle Stylus Mi-550 and Karbonn Titanium S9.

Just a couple of weeks ago, iBall had released a budget smartphone Andi 5 E7 for ₹6,999. It flaunts a 5.0-inch FWVGA (480x854p) display and features 512MB RAM, 1.3GHz dual-core chipset, 4GB inbuilt memory, Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS, 5.0-megapixel primary camera and a 0.3 -megapixel (VGA) snapper on the front.
