Trivandrum, June 30 (ANI): Former ISRO chairman G Madhavan Nair on Monday stated that the PSLV-C23 has proved to be the world's most reliable space launch vehicle. He added that it is a matter of extreme pride that PM Narendra Modi has emphasized the need to harness technology and make it available to improve quality of life.
