Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra was last seen in "Bajirao Mastani," for which she garnered immense appreciation from all quarters. The recent buzz is that the diva is in no mood to sign any Hindi movie till mid 2017 and it is said that she has to choose between Hollywood and Bollywood.
Priyanka has currently started the shooting of the second season of American series "Quantico," and she will soon appear in her first Hollywood flick "Baywatch." Due to her international projects, the actress has no time for Hindi films and according to a source, she has to make a choice now.
"Priyanka would have to make a choice. Hollywood or Bollywood. Because a thriving career in both the continents is not possible. Some years ago, AR Rahman would zip off to LA while producers followed him patiently from continent to continent to record their songs. They would try to record their songs with the nomadic genius wherever he was available. Rahman later admitted that his travelling plans put off a lot of producers in Bollywood," Bollywood Life cited Wires.
In fact, a filmmaker told the entertainment portal that Priyanka is not like Irrfan Khan or Anil Kapoor, who complete their one international project and return to India for work. Even, Deepika Padukone returned to Bollywood and signed "Padmavati" after completing the shoot of Vin Diesel-starrer "xXx: The Return of Xander Cage."
"Priyanka has zipped off to LA once too often recently during the shooting and marketing of her films. It's not like Irrfan (Khan) or Anil (Kapoor) who complete a project abroad at one go and then return home to their projects. Priyanka is constantly required in LA for her various projects. This will prove problematic in the coming months. She will have to make a choice," the filmmaker told Bollywood Life.
