It seems that Bollywood divas Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor have decided to hold out the olive branch, taking inspiration from Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan who recently ended their five-year long feud.

Reports of Priyanka and Kareena patching up come soon after Shah Rukh and Salman shared a hug at an Iftaar party hosted by Congress leader and Bandra MLA Baba Siddique, at a five-star hotel in Mumbai. Salman's father Salim Khan was also present at the event when the two actors surprised the gathering with their warm greeting.

According to reports, Priyanka and Kareena were shooting in the same studio in Mumbai and when they crossed each other's paths both seemed happy and indulged in a long chat. While Priyanka was shooting for her Mary Kom biopic, Kareena was at the studio for an advertisement shoot.

"They were aware about each other's presence in the vicinity. Unit hands were on tenterhooks on what would happen if their paths crossed considering the cold vibes Bebo and PC share," said an onlooker, according to reports.

"Late evening however when Kareena had wrapped up her shoot and was walking towards her car which was close to PC's vanity van, the latter went up to her and greeted her. Bebo was cordial and they chatted for a while," the witness added.

The two actresses had shared a cordial relationship, but things took a turn when they took pot shots at each other turning them into foes. The exact reason is not known but it was rumoured that Priyanka's alleged relationship with Kareena's ex-beau Shahid Kapoor may have led to their fallout.

Pushing aside their bitter past, Kareena along with her sister Karisma had recently attended the condolence meeting of Priyanka's father last month.
