Gurgaon, July 28 (ANI): Private Detectives Association of India President Kunwar Vikram Singh on Monday said that bugging at Union Minister Nitin Gadkari's residence is a serious issue. He said that Private Detective Agencies (Regulation) Bill, which is pending in Rajya Sabha should be passed in order to stop such incidents. Singh also said that the regulation of the bill will stop bugging by the foreign detective agencies in India. He further advised that there should be de-bugging two times a day at such an important minister's residence and office.
