Dehradun, Nov 7 (ANI): British royals, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, met cadets at the Indian Military Academy (IMA) on Thursday in Dehradun as part of their nine-day India trip. The royal couple were received by a top Indian Army official at the IMA building also known as Chetwode Building. The official gave the British royals a tour of the historic academy based in the foothills of the Himalayas. Prince Charles and Camilla will spend eight days in India before travelling to Sri Lanka to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Colombo. This is their third official visit to India. The trip is aimed at strengthening bilateral ties between London and New Delhi. Prince Charles and Camilla will also visit New Delhi, Pune, Mumbai and Kochi to meet top political and business leaders.
