New Delhi, Oct 11 (ANI): BJD leader Jay Panda on Saturday stated that all preventive measures are being taken to ensure minimum damage in the eastern coastal areas due to cyclone Hudhud. Panda said their target is zero casualties and they are serious in trying to achieve it.
