New Delhi, Feb 23 (ANI): Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu said on Monday that President Pranab Mukherjee's address at the Parliament was a statement of government's philosophy and inclusive development. He said that the crux of his speech was that India's future lies in inclusive development. Naidu also said that the Opposition should let the Parliament function properly this time as it is the Budget Session.
