New Delhi, Feb 8 (ANI): President Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday met delegates of Heads of Indian Mission. The president while addressing the delegates said that for the first time on day of swearing-in of the new Ministry by President, Prime Minster Narendra Modi decided he would invite all heads of state in SAARC countries. Mukherjee added that with this, subsequent series of initiatives had been taken till then. He added that the institutional arrangements of converting the globe into a global village have been initiated and those days are gone when balance of power was the most important element in foreign policies of the countries.
