Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor is all set to embrace motherhood for the second time. Months after announcing her second pregnancy while she was in London with her family, she is back in Mumbai and on Friday attended an event, looking fashionably stylish as ever, flaunting her baby bump.
Needless to say, Sonam looked radiant as she posed for the paps.
In the video, Sonam Kapoor is seen dressed in a fitted blue off-shoulder velvet outfit, carefully cradling her baby bump. Several photos and videos have gone viral on social media. In one of the clips, Sonam is seen struggling slightly to walk.
Being heavily pregnant, she took slower steps while walking towards the Lancôme event in Mumbai. As she made her way into the venue, a friend was seen holding her hand and assisting her while having a conversation. She was also seen seeking help from her staff.
Netizens had mixed reactions to her walk, with some even commenting on her appearance. Many noted that she looked tired and that her dark circles were visible. Some also remarked on her accent, saying it wasn't Indian but more of an American English accent.

Sonam, who is aged 40, is expecting her second child. She announced the pregnancy in November with a stylish social media post that quickly caught attention. The actor shared pictures in a pink outfit inspired by Princess Diana. The look was a vintage Escada by Margaretha Ley (1988) ensemble, similar to one of Diana's iconic suits.
On November 20 last year, Sonam officially announced her second pregnancy. She shared a picture of herself dressed in a striking hot-pink pure wool suit, featuring oversized padded shoulders and a softly curved shoulder line. The actress was seen lovingly holding her blossoming baby bump.
She captioned the post: "MOTHER."
Sonam tied the knot with businessman Anand Ahuja in a grand wedding ceremony in May 2018, after dating for several years. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Vayu, in August 2022.
