Choreographer-turned-filmmaker Prabhudeva is so impressed with actress Sonkashi SInha that he has rewritten the script of his upcoming directorial venture to offer her an equally important role in the male-centric film starring Ajay Devgn in the lead.

Confirming the reports an insider said, "To begin with, there was not that much for the heroine to do in the film. Until Sonakshi stepped into the project."

The insider also revealed that when Prabhudeva offered Sonakshi the part, he was not sure if the actress would give her give her consent considering the roles she played in big-banner films like "Lootera" and "Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara". But when she finally took up the offer, Prabhudeva decided to make changes in the script to fit her character in the central drama.

Prabhudeva and Sonakshi have previously collaborated for films including "Rowdy Rathore", "Rambo Rajkumar" and a song in his film "OMG Oh My God". Praising Sonakshi the talented dancer said, "People ask, why Sonakshi every time? I ask, why not? She is  a big star and a  complete actress. She can dance, emote, do comedy... And most importantly we've struck a great rapport since Rowdy Rathore," DNA reported.

"I thought she would be too busy to agree. But Sonakshi made time for Rambo Rajkumar. And now she has made time for the (untitled) film with Ajay Devgn. I owe it to her to make sure her presence is justified," he added.

The title of the action thriller has not been finalised yet. As per reports, Sonakshi will play the role of a sophisticated city girl opposite Ajay Devgn. The film will reunite Ajay and Sonakshi for the second time post "Son Of Sardar".
