German luxury car maker Porsche unveiled special edition to the Cayenne Diesel and Cayenne S E-Hybrid dubbed as Platinum edition. Available for booking now, the deliveries of the Platinum edition will start in June.

On the exterior, the Platinum edition comes with large 20-inch wheels in RS Spyder design that are housed in wider wheel arches. A non-metallic black and white finish is standard for the Platinum edition while Deep Black, Purpurite, Mahogany, Carrera White or Rhodium Silver metallic paints available as an option. Bi-xenon headlights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), Power Steering Plus and ParkAssist in the front and back also come standard. Other standard features include rear-view mirror equipped with an automatic anti-glare feature and dark-tinted privacy glass that provides additional privacy for rear passengers.

The interior is dominated by leather sport seats with electric eight-way adjustment, Alcantara centre panels and the Porsche crest on all head rests. Platinum Edition comes with Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system that includes online navigation and a Bose surround sound system.

The Cayenne Platinum edition will be offered with 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine that develops 262bhp and a 3.6-litre V6 petrol engine that develops 300bhp. The latter is also available in plug-in hybrid powertrain with an electric motor.
