New Delhi, July 06 (ANI): JD (U) on Sunday hinted at an alliance with its arch-rival Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) for the upcoming bye-elections in Bihar, following RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav's proposal. In Bihar, bye-elections will be held on 11 seats. BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said it was alliance of disillusioned and desperate people. Meanwhile, Congress opted to wait and watch the developments.
