New Delhi, Nov 11 (ANI): Political leaders on Tuesday (November 11) condemned the deteriorating security in Kolkata city following an explosion near the office of federal counter-terror intelligence agency. A senior police official investigating the incident said no trace of explosive had been found in the area near the National Investigation Agency (NIA) office in the city. An interior ministry official had said according to preliminary information nobody had been injured. The official, who did not wish to be named, said the ministry planned to send a team from Delhi to investigate the matter. Newly-appointed Minister of State for parliamentary affairs, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, called the incident unfortunate. Congress leader Rashid Alvi, demanded a thorough investigation in the case. NCP leader Majid Memon also called it a cowardly act.
