New Delhi, Nov 18 (ANI): As the war of words between the two major political parties, Congress and BJP brought about a notice to a leader and on the other hand a defamation notice to another, JD (U) leader KC Tyagi said that political parties should stop violating democracy like this. He said that any prime ministerial candidate is not liable to use such derogatory language whatsoever.
