Police rescue trapped mother and toddler from flood water
Four people are reported missing and authorities in North Carolina have had to make 100 rescues since Hurricane Matthew made landfall on 8 October. Flooding has resulted in officials being inundated with emergency phone calls. Feyetteville police filmed a water rescue after a mother and toddler were pulled from their flooded vehicle.
