Lucknow, Sep 16 (ANI): Even as Prime Minister Manmohan Singh along with Congress President Sonia Gandhi are scheduled to visit the riot-hit Muzaffarnagar district on Monday, Congress said the visit was completely out of sensitivity and not political as opposed by the opposition.
