New Delhi, Oct 26 (ANI): Reacting on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's statement that he has not become PM to redraw borders, Defence Analyst Captain (Retired) Bharat Verma said on Saturday that PM sometimes says good and nice things but does not implement them on grounds. Further, he said that India has a great army and Intelligence but the PM of the nation has failed to bring any of these into practice.
