Goa, June 14 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday dedicated the aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya to the nation, and said that the government's top priority is country's security. He said that the nation don't wish to threaten others, and nor do they wish to bow down before any nation. The prime minister also tweeted "addition of INS Vikramaditya will add tremendous might to our Navy. I congratulate all officials of the Indian Navy on this historic day." Further, Modi also asserted that the government in committed to giving 'One-rank, One-pension' to the armed forces, and that there were many promises on it, but no action was ever taken.
