Ratnagiri, Oct 13 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed a rally in Ratnagiri where he lashed out at the Congress and NCP government's wrong policies. Modi said it is due to the wrong policies of the previous governments due to which development was stalled in the state. The election for 288 member Maharashtra state assembly is scheduled to be held on October 15, with the counting of the votes scheduled for October 19.
