New Delhi, Nov 20 (ANI): Cyber expert Pawan Duggal on Thursday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rising popularity in social media reflects India's significance under the Modi's leadership, and added it is a salutation to his eccentric understanding of the social media and internet. Duggal said Prime Minister Modi is having the second largest number of followers after US President Barack Obama. Giving credit for such acceptance by social media to Modi, Duggal said that it is the prime minister's way of giving the message in such crystal clear simple words that he is becoming extremely popular. Talking about the Digital India programme that was launched earlier in July to bridge the divide between digital 'haves' and 'have-nots', Duggal said that this programme is going to irreversibly change India and transform India into a knowledge economy.
