New Delhi, Feb 07 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday inaugurated the Head of the Missions Conference in New Delhi. The three-day conference will focus on what diplomacy can do for the country. On previous occasions, the focus of the conference had been the impact of international issues on India and what the nation can do globally. While addressing the diplomats, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said that this year, the theme of the conference is Diplomacy for Development.
