New Delhi, Dec 7 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday held a meeting with chief ministers of all the states to hear their views on the restructuring of the Planning Commission. The meeting was held at PM Modi's residence 7 Race Course Road in New Delhi. In the meeting, discussions took place on the structure and role of the new body that will replace the Planning Commission. However, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah did not attend the meeting. Abdullah cited Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections as the reason for skipping the meet.
