New Delhi, Oct 27 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday congratulated Dilma Rousseff on her re-election as the President of Brazil for the second term. "Congratulations to Dilma on her re-election as the President of Brazil! My best wishes to her for the 2nd term," Prime Minister Modi tweeted. "I look forward to continuing to work with Dilma to strengthen India-Brazil relations in the years to come", he added. Dilma Vana Rousseff, the 36th President of Brazil, got re-elected for the position after securing more than 51% of votes.
