New Delhi, Feb 7 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday called upon the residents of Delhi to vote in large numbers in the ongoing assembly polls in the national capital. The Prime Minister took to twitter to share his message for the people of the city. "As Delhi votes today, urging voters to go out and vote in large numbers. I particularly call upon my young friends to vote in record numbers," he posted. Earlier in the day, polling for the 70-member Delhi assembly began at 8 am amid tight security. According to the office of the Chief Electoral Officer of Delhi, all arrangements are in place to ensure free and fair polling. About 55,000 police personnel have been deployed to ensure hassle free voting. Over 1.33 crore electorate will decide the fate of 673 candidates.
