Jammu/ Mumbai, Feb 22 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday congratulated the Indian cricket team for their splendid victory over South Africa in the World Cup match at Melbourne. The Prime Minister took to twitter to convey his greetings and stated that the team has made the nation proud. "Great performance. Well played. Congrats Team India. You make us proud yet again," he tweeted. President Pranab Mukherjee also congratulated the Indian cricket team on their victory. "Congratulations on your second victory in ICC World Cup 2015; the first ever win against S.Africa in World Cup matches," President Mukherjee tweeted soon after the team's victory. Meanwhile, BSF jawans in Jammu district also celebrated the spectacular win as they danced and rejoiced with each other. Cricket fans in Mumbai too were overjoyed as they came out with national flags on their bikes and cars to celebrate India's second consecutive victory of the tournament.
