PlayStation 4 manufacturer Sony has announced free games that will be available for PlayStation Plus subscribers in August 2015.
Sony's revealed games are not something that we can be highly excited about, but nevertheless it is giving many for free that in itself is good.
It has been advised that players read the platforms that the game will come on since many of these games are cross buys.
PS Plus subscribers will be able to get their hands on the free game only on 4 August for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita platform.
Below are the free games for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita platforms:
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris: This action-adventure game unravels Lara Croft's travel to Egypt along with her rival Carter Bell. Four players can play the game in co-operative gameplay that will involve temple exploration, defeating Egyptian underworld creatures, solving puzzles and avoiding traps.
Players can also play solo ant-hunt for treasures, artifacts and fame. This game will be for PS4 console.
Limbo: This puzzle-platform video game will come exclusively to PS4. Developed by Playdead, players will have to navigate a boy though dangerous obstacles, traps and help him find his sister. The game is in black and white, inspired by film noir and German Expressionism. Many reviewers have called this video game an art form.
God of War: Ascension: The third-person video game that sees Kratos fighting for his freedom, after he has been sent to prison, following his wife and child's murder, which he was tricked to do. The game, which allows both single-player and multiplayer, is a prequel to the God of War trilogy. This game will be for PS3 console.
Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones: This 2D puzzle platform video game from developer Curve Digital will allow player to play as clones who have to escape the research facility with more than 60 varied levels. This game will be for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita.
CastleStorm Complete Edition: This game sees the fight between Knights and Vikings. It is a 2D tower defence married into a brawler. The game has story-driven solo campaign, a custom castle editor, online multiplayer, co-op modes and more. This game will be for PS3 and PS Vita.
Sound Shapes: This side-scrolling platformer is a cool game that allows players to sit back and play relaxingly. The game features artists such as Beck and Deadmau5. This game allows players to create their own levels that allows them to build environments and choose enemies and obstacles, while composing music of their liking at the same time.
The PlayStation Blog also noted that the following games will be leaving PS Plus on 4 August:

- Rain (PS3)
- Mousecraft (PS4, PS3, PS Vita)
- Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions Evolved (PS Vita)
- Entwined (PS4, PS Vita)
