Interestingly the team of Hello had resorted to aggressive promotions led by Akkineni clan of Superstar Nagarjuna, Samantha, Naga Chaitanya and their cousin Rana Daggubati, while the makers of Okka Kshanam have resorted to content marketing with reviews and audience word of mouth proving to be favouring the film.
