Rajouri, Jammu, Poonch, April 10 (ANI): People in Jammu and Kashmir lined up outside polling booths to cast their votes as third phase of world’s biggest election kicked off on Thursday. Security forces have stepped up measures to protect voters in the province. A young and enthusiastic first-time voter from Jammu district, Radhika, said she would vote for someone who works for welfare of youth. An elderly voter from Poonch district, Sukhdev Singh, urged people to vote wisely.
