Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on his visit to Rajasthan and laid the foundation stone for 13 urban infrastructure projects in Jaipur on Saturday.

While addressing a gathering, PM Modi said that prominent Congress leaders are on bail. "People are now calling Congress as 'bail-gaadi', because all the prominent leaders in Congress are out on bail".
