The much-awaited first look poster of Pawan Kalyan and Venkatesh's "Gopala Gopala" will be released soon. The film's co-producer Sharrath Marar has confirmed the news regarding the first look, which will be unveiled soon.

"#Gopalagopala first look shaping out beautifully. It is a delight to see #PSPK and Venkatesh Babu in the same frame. Will be out soon," Marar tweeted.

The audio launch of "Gopala Gopala" is set to happen in December. The film is slated to hit the screens for Sankranti 2015.

"#Gopalagopala confirmed for a Pongal release. Work progressing at a very good pace," Marar tweeted.

The shooting of "Gopala Gopala" is progressing well and is expected to be completed soon, after which the post production work will commence.

For the first time, Pawan and Venkatesh will be seen sharing screen space in the satirical drama, which is a remake of the critically-acclaimed Hindi film "Oh My God." Venkatesh will be reprising Paresh Rawal's role in the original film, while Pawan will be seen as Lord Krishna played by Akshay Kumar.

"Keeping in mind the excellent rapport and bonding between Venkatesh and Pawan Kalyan, director Dolly and writers Bhupathi Raja and Sai Madhav have crafted very interesting scenes" Marar said in a press statement.

Shriya Saran, Mithun Chakraborty, Posani Krishna Murali, Madhu Shalini, Raghu Babu, Vennela Kishore and Prudhviraj are also part of the film's cast.

The film's music is composed by Anoop Rubens, whereas the cinematography is handled by Jayanan Vincent. Suresh Productions and North Star Entertainments Pvt. Ltd are jointly producing the comedy drama film.

There are huge expectations on "Gopala Gopala" as it is Pawan's film after his blockbuster flick "Attarintiki Daaredi" (2013). The actor was busy with his political foray in the first few months of 2014 and commenced his acting only in July.

The first-time collaboration of Venkatesh-Pawan has raised the hype surrounding the project. It will be interesting to see if the satirical drama will be able to impress the audience and perform well at the box office.
