Chandigarh, Mar 18 (ANI): Congress candidate Pawan Kumar Bansal filed his nomination for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on Tuesday from Chandigarh. Bansal, whose tenure as the railway minister was marred by the railway bribery scam in May 2013, will contest the seat for the seventh time.
