Ludhiana/ New Delhi, Nov 01 (ANI): Passengers faced inconvenience as rail services were halted in Punjab on Saturday (November 01), which is under complete shutdown on the 30th anniversary of 1984 anti-Sikh riots. Rail and road services were disrupted along with the shutdown of shops, government offices and schools. On Saturday, passengers passing through or boarding from Ludhiana city were left stranded at the railway station. Meanwhile, in New Delhi, people gathered in Sikh temples to mourn the loss of their loved ones who lost their lives in 1984 massacre. Ravinder Kaur, who lost her brothers, father and husband to the riots, said she is still waiting for some kind of justice to be meted out.
