Japanese consumer electronics major Panasonic has released Icon, a new Eluga series smartphone in India.
The new Eluga Icon is a phablet with 5.5-inch display with HD resolutions. Under the hood, it comes packed with 1.5GHz MediaTek TRU Octa-core SoC (System on Chip), which is paired with a sumptuous 2GB RAM, so the device will perform efficiently with less lag during multi-tasking and even while playing high-intensity graphic games.
Other stipulated features include Android 4.4 KitKat OS, 13mp camera with LED flash, 8mp snapper on the front and a high capacity 3500 mAh battery, enough to run the phone for a whole day.

Panasonic has reportedly confirmed that the new Eluga Icon will exclusively be available on Amazon India [HERE] for ₹10,999.
Competition:
The new Panasonic Icon will face stiff competition from popular Motorola Moto G (3rd Gen), Micromax Canvas Xpress 2, Yu Yureka Plus, Lenovo K3 Note and Xolo Black.
