Muzaffarabad, PoK, February 25: Cross-border trade in Kashmir resumed, as the standoff between India and Pakistan, over the arrest of a Pakistani truck driver for smuggling drugs ended but the issue has once again brought into focus Pakistani army's stranglehold on cross border trade.
