Poonch, Jan 22 (ANI): Indian authorities have said that their counterparts in Pakistan had suspended cross-border trade with New Delhi, by closing the border gates in disputed Kashmir region. Reportedly, the suspension was in retaliation to the arrest of a Pakistan truck driver, which was detained by the Indian security forces while allegedly trying to cross the border with 114 packets of brown sugar in Kaman post area of Kashmir on January 17. Earlier, on Monday (January 20) Indian authorities had said that the cross-border bus services were also halted by the Pakistani side.
