Srinagar, Dec 04 (ANI): Addressing an intellect meet in Srinagar city in Jammu and Kashmir, finance minister, Arun Jaitley, said Pakistan must understand boundaries cannot be rewritten. He said that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and nobody can change this reality. Jaitley also congratulated the people of Jammu and Kashmir for turning out in high numbers to cast their vote, adding that the state has embraced democracy and rejected the notion that change can be brought only the use of guns and bullets.
