Porbandar, Jan 07 (ANI): The Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (MSA) apprehended 12 Indian fishermen and seized their two boats near the International Maritime Boundary, a Porbandar-based NGO claimed. The incident took place even as patrolling by Indian maritime authorities is in full swing off the Gujarat coast. National Fish Workers Forum General Secretary Manish Lodhari said that there are NGOs who informed about the same and the news was now confirmed by Pakistan sources. He also said that the names of the fishermen will be given out in two days. Lodhari appealed the Indian government to work with the Pakistan authorities to get back Indian fishermen along with their boats as it can cause security threats to India. He said that if the boats are not recovered it can be used by Pak for infiltrating into India and would also cause financial loss to the nation and to the fishermen.
