New Delhi, Sep 12 (ANI): The writ petition by former Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan in paid news case has been allowed by Delhi High Court on Friday. The complainant's lawyer said that the Court has allowed Chavan's petition and added that being the complainant they want to see the directions and conditions given by him to the Court under which his petition has been allowed. The Election Commission had issued a notice to Chavan as to why he should not be disqualified for not giving a true account of his election expenses for the 2009 assembly polls.
