The Indo-Swiss express, featuring the veterans Leander Paes and Martina Hingis, take on the Finnish-British pair of Henri Kontinen and Heather Watson in their third round mixed doubles match at Wimbledon 2016 on Thursday. Paes and Hingis are the defending mixed doubles champion.

Also the winners of the French Open 2016 mixed doubles, Paes and Hingis defeated the New Zealand-German pair of Artem Sitak and Laura Siegemund in the Wimbledon 2016 second round by a 6-4, 6-4 score. The match lasted a mere one hour and 16 minutes.

Paes, 43, and Hingis, 35, are training real smart and hard in their quest to lift the second Wimbledon crown together. Swiss sensation Hingis took to Twitter to showcase one of her moments from the training sessions and the volley exchange between the duo is worth watching.

While Paes is knocked out of the men's doubles event in the competition this year, Hingis is still in contention for the women's doubles event with Sania Mirza, besides the mixed doubles event.

Leander Paes and his doubles partner Marcin Matkowski lost to John Peers and Henri Kontinen by a 6-3 6-2 score in the second round of Wimbledon 2016, while Hingis and Mirza will play Timea Babos and Yaroslava Shvedova in the Wimbledon 2016 women's doubles quarterfinals.

Kontinen and Watson, meanwhile, had a walkover against USA's Denis Kudla and Louisa Chirico in their previous round mixed doubles match.
