Venezuelan authorities have arrested five members of a and amp;#39;terrorist cell and amp;#39; linked to former policeman Oscar Perez.Perez famously stole a police helicopter in June 2017 to stage an attack with grenades against the government.Oscar Perez documented the shoot out on Instagram over a number of videos, it is unknown if he was killed or arrested.
