The much-awaited trailer of "Oru Vadakkan Selfie" starring Nivin Pauly, Vineeth Sreenivasan and Aju Varghese is released. The video as expected is hilarious and narrates the story of the lead character played by Nivin Pauly.
The trailer shows the lead character played by Nivin Pauly as someone who has series of papers to clear to get his degree. His dream is to make a film and plans to meet Tamil movie director Gautham Menon and then later superstar Ajith to fulfil his dream.
His best friend (Aju Varghese) suggests him to make short film and they together decided the story of the movie to be a copy of Korean movie, which by the way is the easiest way possible. Soon they head to Chennai.
Rest of the trailer narrates their journey to Chennai and their obsession in taking selfies.
The cast and crew of hit film "Thattathin Marayathu" have been repeated in this film, which includes Nivin Pauly, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Aju Varghese, Bhagath Manuel, Jomon T John and Shaan Rahman.
In the film, popular child artiste Manjima Mohan had made her comeback as the lead opposite Nivin Pauly. The movie also has star cast of Sri Lakshmi, Santhosh Keezhattur, Harikrishnan, Vijaya Raghavan and Shraavan.
The script has been penned by Vineeth and the director is Prajith Karnavar, who has been Vineeth's associate in all his films. This will be the first time he is scripting a film for another director.
The cinematography is being handled by Jomon T John, who has wielded the camera for films like "Thattathin Marayathu" and "Thira". Editing is being taken care of by Ranjan Abraham.
The producer of the film is Vinod Shornur, while the disbributor is LJ films. The movie is expected to hit screens in March.
