The songs from the upcoming Malayalam movies "Oru Muthassi Gadha" and "Kochaava Paulo Ayyapa Coelho" (KPAC) have been trending on social media since they were released on the YouTube page of Malayalam music label Muzik247 on Sept. 3.

The song video "Thennal Nilavinte," from Jude Anthany Joseph's second directorial venture "Oru Muthassi Gadha," has been viewed more than 1 lakh times within a day of its release. The song, featuring Vineeth Sreenivasan and Aparna Balamurali in their retro look is special for the actors, as they have also rendered their voice for the melody. It has been composed by Shaan Rahman and Harinaryanan BK has penned its lyrics.

Meanwhile, the trailer of the family entertainer has been garnering positive response from the audience and has also achieved the milestone of crossing 1 lakh views on the next day of its release on the video sharing website.

"Oru Muthassi Gadha" also stars Rajini Chandy, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Lena, Bhagyalakshmi, Appu, Rajeev Pillai, Vijayaraghavan, Renji Panicker and Lal Jose in key roles. Produced under the banner of E4 Entertainment by Mukesh R Mehta, the family entertainer of Jude after "Om Shanti Oshaana" has been scheduled to hit the screens on Sept. 15 as an Onam release.

Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho

The video of "Vaanam Mele" song from Kunchacko Boban's upcoming movie "Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho," sung by Shankar Mahadevan has also received more than 1 lakh views within a day of its release. Penned and composed by Sooraj S Kurup, the song has also been featured under YouTube India's Trending section.

The Sidhartha Siva directorial is the production venture of Kunchacko Boban under the banner of Udaya Pictures, which is making its comeback to the industry after 30 years. "KPAC" also stars Anusree, Mukesh, Suraj Venjaramood, Aju Varghese, Nedumudi Venu, KPAC Lalitha, Sudeesh and Maniyanpilla Raju in pivotal roles. The movie is slated to hit the screens on Sept. 9 locking horns with big-budget Onam releases.
