The shooting of "Orange is The New Black" season 3 is currently underway. Though the release date is yet to be announced, there are a slew of spoilers, which have already made their way online.

Warning: Spoilers Ahead

It was recently suggested that Lori Petty is going to have a full character arch in the upcoming season. Petty would reprise her role as Lolly and it is speculated that she would be seen in the later episodes. Lolly was seen sitting next to Piper Chapman in a flight on season 2 premiere.

Petty revealed some major details at the book launch of "Pen and Ink," according to Buzz Feed. She said that she has been shooting for the season since early morning and creating confusion at Litchfield Penitentiary. Hinting at the length of her role, she also said that she would again be shooting from early morning the next day.

Reportedly, not much was revealed about Lolly in the last season. Her past story was not told and neither was it revealed why she was serving in the prison. Lolly supported Chapman emotionally and also fed her an apple when they were both being transported to Chicago penitentiary. She even shared the Vaseline she had camouflaged.

Meanwhile, other cast members, Laura Prepon and Uzo Aduba sat for an interview a few months ago and shared their experience on the show.

"It's amazing, because fortunately I have been doing a long time and worked on incredible projects but honestly this show is extremely different. It's really compelling television and (creator) Jenji Kohan pushes the envelope in such a wonderful way," said Prepon when asked about working with such a mixed cast.

Prepon also hinted that fans are going to be amazed in season 3 as the show will exceed their expectations.

"OITNB" is based on the real story of Piper Kerman. The show was a surprise hit on Netflix and was nominated for 12 primetime Emmys. "Weed" creator Kohan has shaped the show.

The cast of "OITNB" includes Taylor Schilling, Prepon, Aduba, Lavrene Cox, Kate Mulgrew, Jason Biggs, Taryn Manning, Michelle Hurst and others.
